Literacy Matters Inaugural Grant Received

Press Release September 8, 2018 Nancy Nelson 843 347-4194 Inaugural Grants from the Literacy Matters Fund were awarded to the Horry County Literacy Council and Freedom Readers Saturday at the 2018 International Literacy Day Celebration held at the Carolina Forest Branch Library. Karen Minogue, Director of Development from the Waccamaw Community Foundation, presented these grants on behalf of The Literacy Matters Endowment Fund.
